Booking Fee and Cancellation policy
Here at Beauty Matters we strive to provide the best individual treatment possible for you. We understand that things happen and sometimes life gets in the way of your bookings. Please remember that your precious personal time may of been somebody else's wanted appointment time. This policy will help us all be considerate of our own time and others.
If you are unable to make your scheduled appointment please provide 24 hours’ notice to ensure you are not charged with our cancellation and no show fee’s. Failure to show to your appointment will mean you’ll be charged 100% of the cost of your scheduled appointment. Arriving 10 minutes or more after your scheduled appointment will be considered a 'No Show' and you will be charged 100% of the appointment. Cancelling within 24 hours will result in being charged 50% of your scheduled appointment. Cancelling within 12 hours or on the same day will result in being charged 100% of your scheduled appointment. These costs will need to be paid and rectified before a new appointment is able to be made.
