I went to Sarah it feels like forever ago now, but it was only 2.5 years ago and I will go to no one else. Sarah is professional and such a wonderful person who has taken very good care of my eyebrows and more recently my skin. I had my first facial and it was amazing!! I've never had one before, Sarah took very good care of me and explained everything that would happen, but also how to continue looking after my skin. If you want a relaxed and caring beauty therapist Sarah is your girl!!!

After a horrible experience elsewhere I had to seek help with the removal of some lash extensions, the help that I got from Beauty Matters was absolutely incredible! Such a gentle touch to her work! Fixed my problems and even though I had been feeling really down about the damage this other person caused I walked out of there with a huge smile and 100% happier!

Hey Sarah,
I just wanted to let you know that my skin looks amazing this morning ( I know it's still a long way to go) but it's looking the best it's been in AGES! Even my boyfriend commented and said that I looked like I was glowing yesterday. Thankyou so much for making the time to really sit down and have a chat with me yesterday, and to get me back on the road to having amazing skin again. I already can't wait for my next appointment! (Oh and my eyebrows look amazing as well! )
